Staff were friendly and very helpful during our one month stayed.

The staff were very friendly, professional, caring, and took extra steps to help out.

If there is one thing for improvement, I would suggest to improve the breakfast food toward more variety and better taste.

Excellent location in downtown. fronting a Piazza (square). Trams passing in and around the hotel. plenty of shopping and resto options nearby. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked. Booked a private day tour via front desk, Paula was an excellent guide. Her english was very good. Lunch stops were choice.

Tram noise can be heard on second floor room. was okay after midnight on weekdays. but trams run later on weekends. Mattress was too soft for me.

The location is ideal if you want to be able to walk to the waterfront without being right on it. We enjoyed the staff, especially the doormen who were so kind every time we walked into the hotel. The neat part about this spot is it is connected to the shopping center so when it was pouring outside and you wanted to go do a little shopping or grab food you could do so without getting wet. The breakfast area was well designed and had great food options for all. Plan to go on the earlier side of the breakfast hours if you want a quieter experience. It gets busy!The gym facility was great and had all the options one would need while trying to stay in a routine on the road. While the room was on the smaller side it was well designed, especially the open closet area that is set-up for your luggage! This is a big design plus in a smaller room. Wifi was also top-notch! I was able to do video calls for work with no issue.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here and will likely return when we visit Hong Kong in the future. Highly recommend this lovely spot.

Outdated bedding and uncomfortable mattress & linens

I have been a loyal patron of Prince because of the room size, comfort, nice layout and feel and the perfect location

Spacious room and quiet. Hotel location can't be beat: so convenient to all manners of transportation (MTR station, Star Ferry terminal, bus terminal next to Star Ferry terminal, China Ferry terminal, taxies, several buses and mini vans routes at or near hotel door step). Efficient, friendly and helpful staff: a shoutout to Sarah Cheng and Pinky at the front desk and the housekeepers that kept my room immaculate. Great water pressure. Staying at The Marco Polo Prince Hotel was a joy.

Toilet paper is a bit "rough" for American standard (I am used to Charmin brand's ultra soft toilet tissues). A bidet toilet seat would be really nice. Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter for us old folks :-)

Location of Prince Hotel is superb, short walking distance to Victoria harbor and endless shopping and restaurants. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It's nice to be able to retreat to my peaceful and quiet room after a day of exploring Hong Kong.

The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter, a bidet toilet seat would be nice, a free standing hairdryer is preferred to the one attached to the wall.

Spacious bed. Room size is good. Lovely hotel in great location. Connected to mall. Food choices for breakfast buffet has changes daily. Service is great - front desk, elevators, housekeeping, concierge, bar.

My friend found her bed mattress lumpy. Needs replacement?

Location was handy to the ferry.

Room was advertised as having city views, but when I arrived they said there are no views. The room had no natural light and lots of dark mirrored walls. Weird smells all through the hallways and room.

Rooms were huge and location was perfect !

Wish bathrooms had smart toilets or Japanese-style washlets.

The location is very convenient for business meetings, shopping and dining. Rooms are clean and well appointed.Most of all, I am impressed with the Staff who were very helpful (concierge, room boys) and professional.

I must say the staff’s were amazing. Very helpful from the moment I checked in to check in out. Victor at the front desk, Joe at the concierge and the housekeeping lady, were just exceptional at their jobs. They made my stay a fabulous one.

Breakfast has a wide variety of choices and changes the spread everyday. Location was superb at Tsim Sha Tsui and near Victoria Harbour. The hotel connects to the Harbour City commercial complex and has a pathway towards Ocean Terminal if you wish to take the ferry to the Hong Kong island and New Territories. Special shoutout to concierge Mr. JACKIE CHEUNG who was extremely helpful to the hotel guests. He helped me solve my problem with my SIM card and gave me bottles of drinking water when I requested for them.

The matresses have seen better days and need to be replaced as you can already feel some bumps. The "ladies-in-waiting" standing near the lifts need to learn basic English, the international language, even if more than half of the guests are from mainland China. The other half comes from other parts of the world who may not speak Chinese.
